Congratulations Gayle! 

Gayle Bouvier has been serving on the Sioux Narrows Arts Council for a remarkable 43 years, including nine years as President. On August 13th, Gayle was recognized for her dedication and volunteerism at the opening of Sharing Our Story, the 60th Anniversary Exhibit of the Arts Festival history and its local artists at the Sioux Narrows Community Hall. 
Please take time to congratulate Gayle on her dedication to the Sioux Narrows Arts Council and to thank her for the impact she has had on bringing the arts to the forefront of our community. Thanks go out to Woody Linton and Shawna Archibald for being a part of the presentation to Gayle.

NATURE- THE WELLSPRING OF LIFE
Located on the grounds of the Iron and Clay coffee shop in Sioux Narrows,  Nature - the Wellspring of Life is an outdoor art exhibition organized by a group of artists hailing from Kenora, Dryden, Sioux Narrows and Nestor Falls.​ The exhibition focuses on the diversity of nature as well as its continued ability to regenerate and nourish the earth.

Art at the Lake
 features works by Sioux Narrows residents since the inception of the first August long weekend Arts Festival in 1961.
​SHOWDOWN AT SUNDOWN POSTPONED TO A LATER DATE DUE TO COVID-19 REGULATIONS.

 On loan from artists and cabins along the shores of Lake of the Woods, the exhibit includes works by past and present artists who contributed to the Sioux Narrows Arts Festival,  including Dr. John Perl, Dorothy Johnston, Aneita Atwood Gates, Edythe Holden and Brock and Karen Blosser. 
Art at the Lake is being held at the Douglas Family Art Centre and is part of this summer's 60th Anniversary celebrations. ​​
