Sioux Narrows Arts Festival Scholarships are awarded annually to students pursuing arts-related studies in a post secondary setting. The purpose of each scholarship is to recognize and support furthering study in the arts for residents of the Township of Sioux Narrows-Nestor Falls. Potential scholars should be accepted into an arts-related program and have a genuine passion for their subject. Students receiving scholarships will be expected to fulfill the academic and artistic responsibilities of their coursework. Questions and applications may be directed to snartscouncil@gmail.com.

Kameron Gates is a Film Director, Designer, and Makeup Artist presently living in Oregon. As a young boy, he was well known at the festival for his intricately sculpted dragons. As an animation director, his first film "A Tale of Momentum and Inertia" was a smash hit online and around the world. He has over 60 filmography credits on his resume, including visual effects for the 2002 releases of Men in Black II and Star Wars Episode II Attack of the Clones, animator for King Kong in 2005, and makeup artist for the award winning comedy horror feature film The Brain that Wouldn’t Die in 2020.
JJ Peet (1994) sold his clay art as a youth and trained in clay while studying for his BFA in his home state of Minnesota. He went on to receive his MFA from Yale School of Art and now exhibits and teaches art in New York. You can see his ceramics, sculptures, videos, paintings and drawings in USA galleries, museums, arts publications and on his website.

Nichole (Benson) Phillipchuck sold jewellery and crafts in the Arts Festivals as a youth and left Sioux Narrows to study art and interior design in Southern Ontario. She now lives in Calgary with her husband and two children. Nichole works as a pastry chef, a certified culinary nutrition expert and the creator of her own line of pantry items. Nichole is also a certified permaculture designer whose dream is to one day operate a teaching farm to offer permaculture and nutrition courses.
Anna Pohlman Acker, a summer resident of Sioux Narrows, earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Education with a Minor in Art History. Since graduating she has been teaching art to elementary aged students in the Sun Prairie School District.
